By placing an order with No Ordinary Emporium (Worped Limited) you accept all of the terms and policies stated here. Please ensure that you familiarise yourself with the following policies. As the majority of items that we create are personalised it is imperative that you understand our policies.

Payment, Production and Delivery Policies
Find out about the payment processors used, and the production and delivery of our products, if you have any questions just get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
Design turnaround times
To view the current turnaround times available, please visit the product page you are interested in. We state the standard dispatch times, or rush options if available.
- After receiving your order we will work on your design usually a week before the dispatch date, if you have chosen standard dispatch times, or sooner if you have chosen a rush dispatch.
- When we have created your design, we will email a draft/proof image for you to check over and approve the design for printing. Please note that included in the purchase price are two rounds minor changes to the design or to text. Additional changes will be charged at £10 per round of changes. Please note that this does not apply to greetings card orders. Cards are created and dispatched without proof approval.
- After the design has been printed, your order will packaged securely and then dispatched to you. We will email a dispatch note with a delivery number when the order is complete.
Production & Delivery Policy
Greeting Cards All greeting cards are dispatched within 3 - 4 business days, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery is typically 2 - 3 business days after dispatch, however, please allow 8 business days in the event of unexpected postal delays.
Standard - Royal Mail First Class Signed For Delivery approximately 3 - 5 days after the order is dispatched. Items dispatched with Royal Mail First Class Signed For requires a signature on delivery. A delivery scan will be made by Royal Mail but is not a trackable service.
Tracked - Royal Mail Tracked Delivery approximately 2 - 4 days after the order is dispatched. A tracking number will be provided once the item has been dispatched. Once the item is in the Royal Mail network, the item will be trackable and you will be able to see the delivery date. A notification email and text message will be sent from Royal Mail with the expected delivery day.
Courier Delivery is approximately 2 - 3 days after the order is dispatched. Once the item is in the courier network, the item will be fully trackable and you will be able to see the delivery date. Further options will be available, such as changing the delivery day or leaving the item in your chosen safe place. A notification email and text message will be sent with the expected delivery day.
Greetings Cards Delivery is approximately 1- 3 weeks after the order is dispatched.
Other items Delivery in approximately 1- 4 weeks after the order is completed. The delivery time is dependent on your location and the item ordered. We use a range of carriers including Royal Mail, UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, TNT, and DPD. If you would like to know the carrier we will use for your order, please get in touch with us. It may also be able to provide a more accurate delivery timeframe. A tracking number will be provided once the item has been dispatched. Once the item has been exported, the item will be trackable and you will be able to see the delivery progress.
Customs Information: Import Duty / Tax / VAT fees
When ordering from No Ordinary Emporium, based in the United Kingdom, you agree to pay any Import Duty / Tax / VAT fees which may be imposed by your country's government customs policies when your shipped item reaches your country. Import Duty / Tax / VAT fees are not included in the item or shipping price shown on No Ordinary Emporium.
It is your responsibility to check in advance if any Import Duty / Tax / VAT fees are likely when your shipped item reaches your country.
If any Import Duty / Tax / VAT fees are applicable, they must be paid by you before your shipment is released for delivery.
As a business, we cannot pay any applicable fees for you. We can help in letting you know the carrier that your order is likely to ship with, which may enable you to get a better idea of any applicable fees. Please contact us before ordering if you would like to know the carrier we are likely to use.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
As the majority of items that we create at No Ordinary Emporium are personalised it is imperative that you familiarise yourself with the following policies that abide by Online and Distance Selling Regulations.
Return and Refund Policy
Please review the following options if a personalised items arrive damaged:
Reprinting your item. If in the unfortunate event your personalised item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible along with photos of the damaged item and damaged packaging. The photos must show the entire item and the entire packaging. After seeing the photos we will issue a reprint of the personalised item without delay and dispatch as soon as possible. Please note that without photos of the damage we are unable to process the reprint. There will be no charge for the replacement item. Please keep the damaged packaging for 10 working days in the event that the carrier used requests for us to return it for evidence.
Requesting a refund. If in the unfortunate event that you require a refund of the damaged personalised item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damaged item and damaged packaging. The photos must show the entire item and the entire packaging. After seeing the photos we will issue a refund of the personalised item without delay. Please note that without photos of the damage we are unable to process the refund. Please keep the damaged packaging for 10 working days in the event that the carrier used requests for us to return it for evidence.
Please review the following options to return a non-personalised item:
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number with a reason for return within 14 days of receipt.
Items should be return unused and packed safely and reach us within 30 days of receipt of the order.
Cancellation Policy and Personalised Items
- If you change your mind about your purchase you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
- As there is no legal requirement for us to allow a cancellation on a personalised product where we have already begun work we offer this cooling off period of 24 hours at our discretion.
- If a cancellation is requested after 24 hours of purchase we may not be able to offer a full refund as work may already have begun on your order.

You may log back into your user account at any time to change or delete the information, however your username may not be changed. We are also able to see and edit your user information. We need this information to be able to to communicate with you about your order, and to send you your order when it is complete. If you choose to sign up to our newsletter, we will only use your email address to send you newsletters occasionally. We lawfully process this data by obtaining your consent when you submit the newsletter sign up form to us.

How long we retain the information
Your information will be retained for as long as necessary to provide you with our services. Your information will be kept for 6 years and after this time will be destroyed.
The details that you give us are stored securely on our system and only in digital format. We do not hold any paper copies of your information.
How we protect the information
Our website uses a number of security measures and encryption to protect your data when you visit our website, register on our website, place an order with us, contact us via the contact form or sign up to our newsletter. You can verify the site security (SSL) by clicking on the green padlock icon seen the the left of the website address. Our website uses Two Factor Authentication to securely hold any of your order details.
The information that you provide us with is only held in digital format and only accessed by the Data Controller at No Ordinary Emporium (Worped Limited).
