The centre of the design can be changed colour, the yellow shown is an example.

Please note – easels are not included. Designs are created digitally and printed onto your choice of board.

Ordering a Record Table Plan

~Cardboard 2mm deep, with a pale brown coloured core, made from rigid card.
~Foam board 3mm deep, with a white coloured dense foam core.
~Foam board 5mm deep, with a white coloured dense foam core.

Sending your table plan details

After making your purchase please send your table plan details. An Excel Spreadsheet, Google Spreadsheet or a list of details is ideal.
Please note that your table names and guest names must be finalised before sending the details to us.

After Ordering

TURNAROUND TIME: For our current turnaround times, please refer to our Delivery Policy page.

PROOFS: As soon as your design is ready to see we will send you a digital image proof for you to check.

REVISIONS: Included are two rounds of revisions to wording or minor changes to the design.

PRINTING: When you have approved your proof image we will finalise the design ready for printing.

SHIPPING: Boards are shipped securely in a strong cardboard box. For estimated shipping times please view the delivery information section.

Last, but not least

Please keep in mind that final printed colours may vary slightly to those on your screen.

Production & Delivery Policy

UK Deliveries

Greeting Cards All greeting cards are dispatched within 3 - 4 business days, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery is typically 2 - 3 business days after dispatch, however, please allow 8 business days in the event of unexpected postal delays.

Small Items

Standard - Royal Mail First Class Signed For Delivery approximately 3 - 5 days after the order is dispatched. Items dispatched with Royal Mail First Class Signed For requires a signature on delivery. A delivery scan will be made by Royal Mail but is not a trackable service.

Tracked - Royal Mail Tracked Delivery approximately 2 - 4 days after the order is dispatched. A tracking number will be provided once the item has been dispatched. Once the item is in the Royal Mail network, the item will be trackable and you will be able to see the delivery date. A notification email and text message will be sent from Royal Mail with the expected delivery day.

Large Items

Courier Delivery is approximately 2 - 3 days after the order is dispatched. Once the item is in the courier network, the item will be fully trackable and you will be able to see the delivery date. Further options will be available, such as changing the delivery day or leaving the item in your chosen safe place. A notification email and text message will be sent with the expected delivery day.

International Deliveries

Greetings Cards Delivery is approximately 1- 3 weeks after the order is dispatched.

Other items Delivery in approximately 1- 4 weeks after the order is completed. The delivery time is dependent on your location and the item ordered. We use a range of carriers including Royal Mail, UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, TNT, and DPD. If you would like to know the carrier we will use for your order, please get in touch with us. It may also be able to provide a more accurate delivery timeframe. A tracking number will be provided once the item has been dispatched. Once the item has been exported, the item will be trackable and you will be able to see the delivery progress.

Customs Information: Import Duty / Tax / VAT fees

When ordering from No Ordinary Emporium, based in the United Kingdom, you agree to pay any Import Duty / Tax / VAT fees which may be imposed by your country's government customs policies when your shipped item reaches your country. Import Duty / Tax / VAT fees are not included in the item or shipping price shown on No Ordinary Emporium.

It is your responsibility to check in advance if any Import Duty / Tax / VAT fees are likely when your shipped item reaches your country.

If any Import Duty / Tax / VAT fees are applicable, they must be paid by you before your shipment is released for delivery.

As a business, we cannot pay any applicable fees for you. We can help in letting you know the carrier that your order is likely to ship with, which may enable you to get a better idea of any applicable fees. Please contact us before ordering if you would like to know the carrier we are likely to use.
