Our personalised New Zealand Travel Maps are a wonderful gift for family and friends who love to travel.
Each personalised map that we create is truly unique and is customised just for you. No one will ever have the same map that we design for you!
We create an illustration of the map of your choice e.g. a map of the World, USA, Europe, or any other area or country, and then add your favourite photos of places, cities or countries to your map design. We then personalise the design by adding your own special wording. The wording could be specific to your trip, a special anniversary message to your loved one, a birthday message to friends or family or anything of your choice. All wording is customisable and included in the design service we provide.
● Please note – This is a paper print. Frames are not included.
● Shipping – Large prints are shipped rolled up in a strong cardboard tube.

After Ordering
PROOFS: As soon as your design is ready to see we will send you a digital image proof for you to check. This is usually a week before the dispatch date.
REVISIONS: Included in the purchase price are two rounds of revisions of minor changes to the design or wording.
PRINTING: When you have approved your proof image we will finalise the design ready for printing.
SHIPPING: Our guestbooks are shipped securely in a strong cardboard book tube. For estimated shipping times please view the delivery information section.

Production & Delivery Policy
UK Deliveries
Greeting Cards All greeting cards are dispatched within 3 - 4 business days, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery is typically 2 - 3 business days after dispatch, however, please allow 8 business days in the event of unexpected postal delays.
Small Items
Standard - Royal Mail First Class Signed For Delivery approximately 3 - 5 days after the order is dispatched. Items dispatched with Royal Mail First Class Signed For requires a signature on delivery. A delivery scan will be made by Royal Mail but is not a trackable service.
Tracked - Royal Mail Tracked Delivery approximately 2 - 4 days after the order is dispatched. A tracking number will be provided once the item has been dispatched. Once the item is in the Royal Mail network, the item will be trackable and you will be able to see the delivery date. A notification email and text message will be sent from Royal Mail with the expected delivery day.
Large Items
Courier Delivery is approximately 2 - 3 days after the order is dispatched. Once the item is in the courier network, the item will be fully trackable and you will be able to see the delivery date. Further options will be available, such as changing the delivery day or leaving the item in your chosen safe place. A notification email and text message will be sent with the expected delivery day.
International Deliveries
Greetings Cards Delivery is approximately 1- 3 weeks after the order is dispatched.
Other items Delivery in approximately 1- 4 weeks after the order is completed. The delivery time is dependent on your location and the item ordered. We use a range of carriers including Royal Mail, UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, TNT, and DPD. If you would like to know the carrier we will use for your order, please get in touch with us. It may also be able to provide a more accurate delivery timeframe. A tracking number will be provided once the item has been dispatched. Once the item has been exported, the item will be trackable and you will be able to see the delivery progress.
Customs Information: Import Duty / Tax / VAT fees
When ordering from No Ordinary Emporium, based in the United Kingdom, you agree to pay any Import Duty / Tax / VAT fees which may be imposed by your country's government customs policies when your shipped item reaches your country. Import Duty / Tax / VAT fees are not included in the item or shipping price shown on No Ordinary Emporium.
It is your responsibility to check in advance if any Import Duty / Tax / VAT fees are likely when your shipped item reaches your country.
If any Import Duty / Tax / VAT fees are applicable, they must be paid by you before your shipment is released for delivery.
As a business, we cannot pay any applicable fees for you. We can help in letting you know the carrier that your order is likely to ship with, which may enable you to get a better idea of any applicable fees. Please contact us before ordering if you would like to know the carrier we are likely to use.
